This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the UAI Engine platform. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
UAI Engine is designed to help Australian businesses build professional digital presences. This AUP exists to protect users, third parties, and the integrity of our Platform.
2. Prohibited Content Categories
2.1 Illegal Content:
- Content that is illegal under the laws of Australia, including the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth).
- Content promoting or facilitating criminal activity.
- Content that defames, harasses, or threatens any individual.
2.2 Financial Fraud and Scams:
- Investment scams, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemes.
- Misleading financial products or unlicensed financial advice contrary to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
- Cryptocurrency scams or fraudulent token offerings.
- Sites impersonating legitimate businesses, government agencies, or financial institutions.
2.3 Adult and Explicit Content:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented content.
- Content that sexualises minors in any way, an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance.
2.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination:
- Content that vilifies or incites hatred against any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Content that contravenes the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth) or equivalent state and territory laws.
2.5 Weapons and Dangerous Goods:
- Illegal weapons, firearms, or ammunition in violation of Australian law.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide.
2.6 Privacy Violations:
- Content that publishes personal information without consent ("doxxing").
- Non-consensual intimate images.
2.7 Misleading and Deceptive Conduct:
- False or misleading representations in violation of Australian Consumer Law.
- Phishing sites or sites designed to steal credentials.
- Fake health products or misleading therapeutic goods claims contrary to the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth).
3. Australian Regulatory Compliance
If your Generated Site operates in a regulated industry in Australia, you are responsible for complying with all applicable regulations, including:
- Financial services: Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) requirements under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
- Credit services: Australian Credit Licence (ACL) requirements under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).
- Health services: AHPRA registration requirements and the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.
- Legal services: requirements under relevant state Legal Profession Acts.
- Real estate: requirements under relevant state property and agent legislation.
- Building and construction: QBCC, VBA, or equivalent state licensing requirements.
We do not verify compliance with industry-specific regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your Generated Site meets all applicable regulatory requirements.
4. Reporting Violations
If you observe content on a Generated Site that violates this AUP, please report it via the "Report this site" link in the footer of all Published Sites, or by email to hello@uaiengine.com with subject "Content Report". We aim to review reports within 2 Business Days.
5. Enforcement
5.1 We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish content that violates this AUP, suspend or terminate Accounts responsible for violations, report illegal content to relevant Australian law enforcement agencies, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
5.2 Appeals: If you believe your Account was suspended in error, contact hello@uaiengine.com with "AUP Appeal" in the subject line. We will review appeals within 5 Business Days.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
We will cooperate fully with the Australian Federal Police (AFP), Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth), and any other relevant regulatory authority.
