Can patients request appointments through the website?
Yes. Your site has an enquiry form that captures patient details and preferred times. Each enquiry is emailed to you and saved in the Leads list in your dashboard. It does not book into your practice management system; you confirm appointments as you do now.
Who is responsible for compliance and health claims?
Your clinic is. UAI Engine generates the website, pages and forms, but you remain responsible for clinical content, health claims, privacy statements and any advertising or regulatory requirements for your profession. Always review the wording.
Can I add bios for each practitioner?
Yes, for the practitioners you name, with the qualifications and details you give. Nothing about a person is made up.
What does it cost to run a clinic website?
You can start on the free Starter plan (30 credits a month; building a site uses 20). The Pro plan is 49 dollars per month in AUD with 500 credits a month, and adds a custom domain, team members and integrations for busier clinics. No code skills are needed on any plan.
