How long does generation take?

About five minutes to a private preview: across 34 measured builds the median was 4.9 minutes. The pipeline extracts a business profile from your description, plans the pages, generates the design and pages with Claude, then compiles the site. Your site goes live when you publish it.

What industries does UAI Engine support?

Any business you can describe in a sentence. The builder picks one of five design styles and writes the pages for that kind of business, using only the facts you give it. Regulated industries like financial services, legal and health work too, but you are responsible for any industry-specific compliance content.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

Your data and files are. Your account data, projects, generated source files and lead submissions are stored in Sydney, Australia (Google Cloud's australia-southeast1 region). Building your site and the AI that writes it run on servers in the United States, and some of the providers we use are in the United States, including Anthropic for AI, Stripe for payments and Resend for email. Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Pro plan and above. When you publish, your site is at uaiengine.com/p/your-slug. You can connect a custom domain through your project settings, and we give you the DNS records to add at your registrar.

How does lead scoring work?

Accepted Answer

Every contact form submission on your generated site is sent to a Cloud Function that runs an AI scoring pass. The score reflects how clear the visitor's intent is based on what they wrote, how complete their details are, and the language they used. Submissions appear in the Leads panel as Hot, Warm, or Cold, with a suggested reply and the reason for the score.

What is the Health Check?

Every generation is graded out of 100 across four dimensions: design (palette consistency, typography, spacing), content (real specifics and spelling), SEO (title tag, meta description, heading structure), and completeness (all expected files present and all sections rendering). The overall score and per-issue breakdown appear in your project workspace under the UAI Report tab.

How do I cancel my plan?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Account settings: choose Manage plan, then cancel. Your plan keeps working until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the free Starter plan. Pro features pause, your sites stay online and nothing is deleted.

Question 8

Am I charged for a build or change that fails?

Accepted Answer

No. A build or a chat change is charged only when it works; if it fails, the credits are returned automatically, and your credit history in the dashboard shows every charge and every refund.
