How long does generation take?

Around three to five minutes from prompt to live site. The pipeline runs business profile extraction, brand and architecture planning, design system generation, and parallel page generation through Claude. A Cloud Build step then compiles the React app and deploys it. Most generations land within four minutes.

What industries does UAI Engine support?

Any business you can describe in a sentence. We have shipped sites for restaurants, butchers, coffee roasters, real estate buyer's agents, accounting firms, and wedding photographers, and the engine adapts the palette, fonts, sections, and copy to match each one. Highly regulated industries like financial services, legal, and health work too, but you are responsible for any industry-specific compliance content.

Is my data stored in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your account data, projects, generated source files, and lead submissions are stored on Google Firebase infrastructure in the Sydney region (asia-southeast1). Some downstream processing happens with US-based providers including Anthropic for AI generation, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email. We set out the full list in our Privacy Policy.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Pro plan and above. Your generated site is initially hosted at /p/your-slug on the UAI Engine domain. You can connect a custom domain through your project settings, and we provide the DNS records you need to add at your registrar.

How does lead scoring work?

Accepted Answer

Every contact form submission on your generated site is sent to a Cloud Function that runs an AI scoring pass. The score reflects how clear the visitor's intent is based on what they wrote, how complete their details are, and the language they used. Submissions appear in the Leads panel as Hot, Warm, or Cold, with a suggested reply and the reason for the score.

What is the Health Check?

Every generation is graded out of 100 across four dimensions: design (palette consistency, typography, spacing), content (real specifics, Australian English), SEO (title tag, meta description, heading structure), and completeness (all expected files present and all sections rendering). The overall score and per-issue breakdown appear in your project workspace under the UAI Report tab.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account drops back to the free Starter tier. Generated sites stay online for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to export anything you need.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
