AI Disclosure
Last updated: 11/03/2026. UAI Engine Solutions, Australia.
UAI Engine uses artificial intelligence to generate websites from text prompts. This page explains how our AI works, its limitations, and your responsibilities when using AI-generated output.
1. How the AI Works
UAI Engine generates deployable websites from natural language descriptions. When you submit a prompt, our system uses machine learning models trained on code and design patterns to produce website structure, styling, and functionality. The output is automated—there is no human editing of your generated code before it is delivered. Models are updated periodically to improve quality, but each generation is produced programmatically based on your input.
2. Limitations of AI Output
AI-generated output may:
- Contain errors, bugs, or logical inconsistencies
- Include omissions or incomplete implementations
- Fail to meet accessibility or performance best practices
- Produce generic or imperfect results that need refinement
- Vary in quality depending on prompt clarity and complexity
We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, suitable for your purposes, or fit for production use without modification. All output is provided "as is."
3. No Professional Advice
Output generated by UAI Engine does not constitute legal, financial, medical, technical, or other professional advice. We do not provide consulting, auditing, or assurance services. If your website involves regulated content (e.g., health, finance, legal disclaimers), you must obtain appropriate professional advice before deployment.
4. Human Review Recommended
We strongly recommend that you review, test, and validate all generated content before deploying it. This includes checking code correctness, accessibility, security, and compliance with applicable standards. Treat AI output as a starting point, not a final product, and apply your own judgment and expertise.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use and deployment comply with:
- Applicable laws: including data protection, consumer protection, and industry-specific regulations
- Accessibility requirements: such as WCAG or other standards applicable to your jurisdiction
- Data protection obligations: including GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks where they apply
- Security: securing deployed sites, handling credentials, and protecting user data
UAI Engine Solutions is not responsible for your compliance with these obligations.
6. Prohibited Uses
Do not use AI-generated output for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes. This includes but is not limited to: creating sites that violate copyright or trademark, distributing malware or phishing content, misrepresenting facts, or misleading users. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
7. Liability Limitation
UAI Engine Solutions is not responsible for any consequences arising from your reliance on AI-generated output. We do not warrant that output will be error-free, secure, or compliant with any particular standard. Any decisions you make based on our AI output are solely your responsibility. Our liability is further limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
