Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Subscription plans bill monthly or annually at the start of each cycle. You may cancel before the next billing date; the service remains active until the end of the current period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, as you receive immediate access to plan features and credits.

2. Credit Purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account immediately and do not expire. Credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been credited to your account.

3. Exceptions

We may provide refunds or credits at our discretion in cases of:

• Technical failure that prevented you from using the service as described
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Exceptional circumstances as determined by our support team

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we will provide transaction records and may suspend your account pending resolution. Chargebacks that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive may result in permanent account termination.
