1. Service Description

UAI Engine provides an AI-powered platform that generates deployable websites from natural language prompts. The service converts your ideas into production-ready code, previews, and deployment configurations. We make no guarantee of accuracy, suitability for any particular purpose, or fitness for use. All output is provided "as is."

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse, violation of these Terms, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the platform and its users.

3. Payments

Our service uses a subscription model and a credit system. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases; credits do not expire. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

4. AI-Specific Disclaimers

AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable content. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any generated code. We do not provide legal, professional, or technical advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use and deployment comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the websites and code generated through the platform, subject to your compliance with these Terms. UAI Engine Solutions retains all rights to the platform software, infrastructure, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your intended purposes during your subscription or while your account is active.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the service to:

  • Engage in illegal activity or facilitate illegal conduct
  • Create or distribute malware, phishing sites, or harmful content
  • Abuse infrastructure, including excessive load, scraping, or circumventing rate limits
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent platform protections
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription or account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. We are not liable for any loss of data or access upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UAI Engine Solutions, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, your generated content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.
