Intellectual Property Policy

1. Your Ownership of Generated Content
You own the websites, code, and other output you create using UAI Engine, subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You may use, modify, deploy, and commercialize your generated projects as you see fit, including for commercial purposes on paid plans.
2. Platform Ownership
UAI Engine Solutions owns all rights to the platform software, infrastructure, user interface, branding, and documentation. This includes any improvements, derivatives, and underlying technology. Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described in our Terms.
3. Restrictions
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
- You must not remove or alter any proprietary notices
- You must not use our trademarks except as permitted (e.g., to indicate integration)
- You must not create derivative works based on our platform code
4. Trademark Usage
"UAI Engine" and related marks are owned by UAI Engine Solutions. You may use our name to accurately describe that you used our service (e.g., "Built with UAI Engine"). You must not use our marks in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our written consent.
5. Notice and Takedown
If you believe content on our platform infringes your intellectual property, send a written notice to legal@uaiengine.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other IP claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
We will respond to valid notices and may remove infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
